86th Amendment Act	2002	Made education a fundamental right (Article 21A) and amended Article 45 to make early childhood care and education a DPSP. Also added Article 51A(k) as a fundamental duty.	While primarily focused on education, it indirectly impacts social security by recognising the foundational role of education in human development and future economic security, which is a preventive aspect of social protection.
